Terms of Service
Please read through all of my terms and conditions before commissioning! If any questions come up, feel free to contact me via Twitter.
GUIDELINES:
♥ Commissions that I accept are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please understand that depending on where you are on my list, your commission can take anywhere between 1 to 6 weeks.♥ Commissions are accepted once I have received payment, not after a confirmation is sent.♥ For any deadlines that you may need the piece earlier, mention it in your request and I may bump it up for a fee.♥ If the deadline is unreasonable or I am fairly busy, I reserve the right to deny any "rush" commission orders.♥ A PayPal invoice will be sent to your email once I am ready to start working, which might not always be right away. My priority list is based off of received payment.♥ I will send approximately 2 stages of WIP via email, at sketch and at line-art with flats, before the final piece is sent. Any revisions wanted must be mentioned at the sketch stage, where I will revise up to two times within 24 hours of the sent sketch.♥ Any further excessive revisions past the final piece must be put in as a second order.♥ Any changes of character or design will be subjected to a fee depending on excessiveness of said change.♥ Remember that you are asking for a piece in my style, and I will not alter my style to fit anyone else's.
INFO:
♥ Absolutely no refunds once the commission (sketch) has been started. It is ok to cancel before payment has been sent, but please do not commission me if your money is needed elsewhere.
♥ I am currently not offering a commercial use option (although this may change in the future).
♥ You are not allowed to make any profit from my artwork, nor will you receive a physical print.
♥ You are allowed to print my work for personal and personal use only, not to sell.
♥ You are allowed to post my art with full credit to me.
♥ You are allowed to use the finished artwork for platforms such as Twitch and Youtube advertisement (so long as there is not re-distribution of said artwork!)
♥ I own full rights to the artwork and am allowed to post on any of my social media, including streaming the process on Twitch.
♥ I am allowed to cancel or deny a commission, given you're being difficult to work with or I am uncomfortable with being able to produce something of quality of what you're asking for.
♥ You are NOT allowed to alter/edit my work without explicit permission from me.
♥ That being said, I deserve the right to blacklist anyone who proves to be troublesome or difficult to work with as well. This includes any form of harassment, unreasonable rushing, or excessive complaints about pricing.
NDA - PRIVACY REQUEST
♥ Any wish for your request to be private must be expressed when placing an order.
♥ In this state, I will not post any WIPs, nor will I be able to stream the process.
♥ Currently I will not ask for any fees for a privacy request, although this may change in the future.
♥ No: NSFW, furry, mecha, heavy gore, complex backgrounds, complex weaponry/armor, real-life people, overly-muscular bodies... (ears/tail OK!)♥ I will draw in my style and my style only.♥ You may post commissioned artwork with full, proper credit.
Pricing:
*note that backgrounds are complimentary, although I only offer transparent, simple color, or simple pattern backgrounds.
Half-Body: $50
Additional Character: +75% of original cost
*I am currently only doing two characters max per drawing at the moment
